MINIUM QUANTITY:
There are no minimums for embroidered items
PROOFS:
Every order MUST go through an artwork approval process before production to ensure graphics are what you imagined. We do a sew out for every logo. If you wish to see the production sew out for your order, please make a request.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due at the time of order approval, unless other arrangements have been made in advanced.
ART WORK/SET UP:
We will except any artwork file that you have. Although, EPS or PDF (vector) is preferred.
All embroidered logos have to be set up for embroidery. This is called digitizing, and it is a one-time $25.00 fee to get your logo set up on file. If you already have an embroidery file, we can use your file and waive the digitizing fee on your first order.
PROVIDED APPAREL:
You can provide garments for embroidery at any time. There is a set up fee of $10-$20 per order provided (not per garment). It is better if you provide bulk items for embroidery to offset this set up fee. IF something were to happen with your garment during the embroidery process, we will insure the product up to $25.
RETURNS:
Any custom embroidered product is not subject to return.
DEFECTIVE GOOD:
If you feel your product is defective (i.e. ripped seam, hole/tear), please bring this to our attention right away and we will take care of the matter in the best way possible.
SHIPPING:
We can ship anywhere in the United States. When placing your order please let us know in advance if your product needs to be shipped and we will include the shipping estimate in your quote
